Personality, culture is a spirit to show anyone tho came to your country. It can take some different situation, and make compare between two situations. For example, when a people came to your country, you need prepare some particular things to show, to show your country characteristics.

Banks(1989) believe that culture is defined as the shared patterns of behaviors and interactions, cognitive constructs, and affective understanding that are learned through a process of socialization. These shared patterns identify the members of a culture group while also distinguishing those of another group.

For me, I like this words because it give our students many right definition. It teach us some instituation for culture. I believe that many of students like this words, and deeply understand the definition.
