Time Management

Time Management can help people to better mange their own time, and efficiently to complete in a certain period of time.

As a student, I should create a time management to mind me what time shall I do. Becouse when I study primary school, my teacher told me that you have a time table better. The reason is that although we have many homework every week, and my classmates usually have not or forgot their homework. So it make teacher very angry. Becouse a lots of  students have same conditions.

Now, I have a own time table. I like it. Every day, I can see the table, and remind me what things shall I need to do. I know, when you make a time management, you feel that it is very terrible to planning the things. But once you make it, you can found that you are not far from the success. It is good for me, sometimes, I can write some goal to this. I know this is so difficulty for me, but it remind me I should work hard very day.

I know a ways for time management skills. That is activity logs. The mean is to finding more time in your day. At first, you may say "not much." An Activity Log (also known as an Activity Diary or a Job Activity Log) is a written record of how you spend your time. But  if you haven't used Activity Logs before, you may be surprised by how much more time you can find. When you understand how you use your time at work, you can minimize or eliminate low value activities. This means that you can do more high value work, but it  still being able to leave the office at a sensible time. In addition, Your Activity Log will also help you understand whether or not you're doing your most important work during the right time of day.

So I like this ways, and insit to work hard.

Teamwork

In definition, the teamwork is all about being able to operate smoothly and effciently within a group. Everybody have responsibility to finish the task. I really like the teamwork to finish everything since I was little kid. Everystep in my age, I was usually meet everyone to finish everywork.

Fortunately, I have chance to finish some tasks with my group. I remembered that we were together to find the solution of the every questions. When we met a question, every body have own key, and disscuss together. Of course, our answer are different, but we can decided a comfortable answer the quesion. in the result, we had been finished all question soon.

In my group, our group members are very work hard to find, this spirit take very good atmosphere. I like it.  For reason, every group members spoke own opinion. For me, my opinion also wrote many things, and help our group finish the last two questions.

But I found that our group have not details for these questions, so I hope next time I can finish more detailing work.

The Welsh Assembly

Since the begining from 3 March 2011, the Welsh Assembly had changed the powers. The assembly had create laws of Welsh. For example, the health, education, social services, etc. There are about on  some subjects in these 20 devovled areas. But when they deciede the laws, it needed the UK parliament.

Also, the assembly need ask some people to pass the laws on all of the subjects in the 20 devolved areas. In the areas, they need some agreements of the UK Parliament first. There have two selction for decided the decition, they are 'yes' and ' no'. The ‘yes’ vote means that there is no longer the need for negotiation between the governments of the UK and Wales, the law-making powers should or should not be devolved to the Assembly.

The section ‘yes’ vote have also other means. It can removes the involvement of Members of the House of Commons and House of Lords in recommendation to give the Assembly the power to make laws. However, it have responsibility rests on the Welsh Government and the Members of the National Assembly to decide how to use the Assembly’s law-making powers.

The Welsh Assembly laws will no longer be called Assembly Measures after change the power. The proposed laws will now be called Bills, and published laws will be called Acts. The Measures made since 2007 will continue to be called Assembly Measures and will continue to have the same legal effect.

In the areas, the assembly has legislative ability, the Assembly can make its own laws, and the call as "Acts”. Acts may be proposed by the Welsh Government, Assembly committees, an Assembly Member or the Assembly Commission.

The UK Government

On 6th May, Britain has a new goverment. The position has been replaced by the Conservative Party and the Liberal Democrats.
The conservatives have tended to free market, privatization and low taxation. In generall, it have a large role for goverment and public spending.  And in the 1980s and 90s, it have four continuous power (1979-1997) performance, but the conservative was lose to the leadership of the Labour party in 1997, the leader is Tony Blair. After that, te Liberal Democratic forms a coalition government.

In the general election the conservatives won 36% votes, the labour is 29%, and the Lib Dems is 23%. So, there are no party had a majority to hold UK goverment. But whatever, the conservatives knew they would almost certainly need to support to set up form for the goverment.

So in the British system the country is divided into 650 districts, it same as the 650 separate local elections. In many of constituencies the Lib Dems come second, however the counts for nothing. It is only the party in the parliment.

The advantages and disadvantages of being a member of the EU

Now, the EU have 27 member of the EU. After the make up the European Union, it is rapid economic development, the EU growth rate of 3% a year, and promote the growth of a large number of exports.




Through there are so many space in the development, the strengthen resource is economic and social harmonious development, and in the finally the EU have unified monetary economic system. It promote the balanced development of economy and society. It have a common trade policy, and  it include agriculture and fisheries policy. The regional is development policy.


But the expert crisis the economic destory in composition, it is resulting in private consumption and investment atrophy. It make the fragile economic to recovery, becouse it lose two important growth engine. At present, the severe employment situation is still improved, and unemployment is still rising, the consumption grow have weak in the economic system.


On January 31, 2012, the European Union set up permanent relief fund. It have security for meet the financial crisis.

Education system in England and Wales, and campare with China

Welsh  education management institutions have been set up in the budget year.

Compared with the England, Wales have greater education standard. They shall have the right to change education funds in the budget of the proportion. The local government will use some money to improve school facilities. In higher and further education, England have further education institutions. Such as further education colleges, and there have adult education centres. But Wales is different from England. Of course, England have many of university that the university have ranked higher in the UK college insitutions.



But Wales have specially ways, Wales have four mainstream school, they are community school, foundation school, voluntary controlled, voluntary aided.

Primary school
At least 5 years old children need begin to accept primary school education. The primary school education is divided into primary (5-7 years old) and senior (7 years old - 11) two stages. Most of the elementary school have management operation, they are made in accordance with the local council school.



Secondary education
Teenagers need to accept compulsory education school since the age of 16. In addition, they study in community school, foundation school, these school are working by the local people, and still have many characteristic school.

China have been implement pre-school education, primary education, secondary education and higher education school education system. China have been implement nine-year compulsory education system. The government should take various measures for guarantee school-age children. Some studment not reach the age standard, so their parents must accompany with their children.

Britain and the four nations

 

Britian have four nations, England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland. In charm of London the red edge cross on behalf of the patron saint of St. George of England, the white cross on behalf of the patron saint of St. Andrew of Scotland, the red cross on behalf of the Irish patron saint Patrick.

This flag was produced in 1801, is a former England white with red flag, white with a red cross  flag on the blue background and white cross of Scotland and Northern Ireland flag overlap, Banner of Wales has not been integrated into the British flag, Wales on red a red fire dragon.

England is the UK's major industrial and agricultural areas. Important industries such as coal mining, iron and steel, machinery, oil refining, chemical, textile, medicine. It is the new industrial zone around the London, it is refining and petrochemical emphasis in the coastal ports.

England have a lot of beautiful scenery, such as London, Birmingham, Bristol, these cities are beautiful.



Edinburgh is one of Europe's most popular tourist cities and the most beautiful cities in the world, Edinburgh have Scottish culture exhibition center. Its comprehensive municipal facilities, cosmopolitan atmosphere and a strong Scottish local characteristics and medieval style so she has been ranked the UK's best residential areas top. Edinburgh Castle, Cathedral, mellow whiskey are the best Scotland microcosm.





Thistle is the national flower of Scotland. Scot is a rough character, kind and friendly people, their  preserve the traditional culture, such as folk songs, music, clothing etc. It has retained its own national characteristics. Bagpipes, plaid skirt, golf and whiskey is a sign of the Scots.






Fortunatlly Wales  have the world's oldest and most unique national flag. Welsh people thought the Red Dragon many years ago. Adoption of Red Dragon as a representative of the logo so far unknown for posterity.March 1, St.David 's Day that is St. David's Day, Welsh National Day, it is to commemorate the Saints David in the main after the sixth century in Wales preach Christianity, Welsh people respected him for their own nationguardian of his death on March 1, the National Day, the flag is a gold cross on a black banner. Cardiff is the capital city and the first city in Wales.



Northern Ireland Assembly in 1972 was canceled after Northern Ireland is not an official banner. The joint advocates generally use the flag of the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland's past "red hand flag, the nationalist camp general use of the Irish flag.
